S\u00e4mtliche der auf den Markt gebrachten neuen Anteile wurden gezeichnet. Damit fliesst dem Fonds ein Betrag von rund CHF 170 Millionen zu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um den Erwerb der in den vergangenen Monaten in der Westschweiz gekauften Wohnliegenschaften zu finanzieren sowie die ausstehende Hypothekarschuld zu amortisieren, hat der Fonds Solvalor 61 eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Transaktion wurde vom 17. bis 31. Mai 2024 als \u201ebest effort\u201c Emission durchgef\u00fchrt. Mit dem Zufluss von rund CHF 170 Millionen konnte ein voller Erfolg bei den Anlegern erzielt werden, da alle 723&#8217;473 ausgegebenen Anteile gezeichnet wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile und ihre Kotierung an der SIX Swiss Exchange findet am 7.
